About the client
Founded in 1860, TAG Heuer is a luxury watchmaker based in La-Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. TAG Heuer became a LVMH group brand in 1999. It opened its new flagship store in Ginza in 2018, this “modular” store is the first of its kind in the world.
About the project
TAG Heuer, the leading luxury watch brand, reached out to CREAM to digitally transform the process of filing personalized engraving requests to replace the existing inefficient, paper-based workflow. We designed and built a solution that empowers sales staff to easily simulate engravings and preview them; the data is then sent automatically to the service center thus reducing the overall process time. Used both pre and post sale, the application enables clients to better visualize their personalized watch which instantly becomes a one of a kind.
