In a few words

Adaptation of Longines’ global e-Commerce site to match their Japanese market

About the client

Longines is a luxury watchmaker based in Switzerland. Founded in 1832, it became a subsidiary of The Swatch Group, the World’s largest watchmaking conglomerate, in 1983. Today, Longines is designated as official timekeeper, partner, and watch for competitions worldwide.

About the project

CREAM helped Swatch group luxury watchmaker Longines adapting their newly redesigned e-Commerce site to the Japanese market. After a detailed review of their current global website’s UX and accessibility, we focused on supporting them into properly localizing their cart and checkout experience for Japanese customers, from displaying addresses accordingly to localized payment and shipping methods.
