About the client
The Hamilton Watch Company is a Swiss watchmaker based in Bienne, Switzerland. Hamilton was an American company from its founding in 1862 until 1969, and became a subsidiary of The Swatch Group, the world’s largest watchmaking conglomerate, in 1984.
About the project
CREAM helped Swatch group watchmaker Hamilton refine the design of their e-Commerce site for the Japanese market. Taking the current global e-Commerce site and solution as a base, we collaborated with Hamilton’s team to improve their site’s user experience taking a Japanese user-centric approach. Pain points mostly revolved around the various steps during the checkout process, filter search optimization and improving product detail pages.
